Brand-new furniture at overstock prices. We sell surplus stock from Australian retailers and factory overruns for less than retail.

Every season, good furniture gets left behind. A retailer over-orders. A colour is discontinued. A factory makes more than it ships. Those pieces end up sitting in warehouses while the shops that ordered them move on to next season's range.

That's where we come in. We buy surplus stock in bulk from importers and retailers across Australia, and directly from the factories in China that make it. Because we buy what others can't sell, we pay less, and we pass the savings on to you.

The catch? Quantities are limited. When a line sells out, it's usually gone for good.

    We buy whole lots, including production overruns direct from factories in China, so we pay less per piece.

  3. You save

    We pass the savings on, so you pay less than you usually would. Until the lot runs out.

Why is it cheaper?

We buy surplus stock in bulk: over-orders and end-of-line ranges from Australian retailers and importers, and production overruns direct from factories in China. Buying what others need to clear means we pay less, and we pass that on.

Will sold-out items come back?

Usually not. We buy in lots, so once a line sells out it may not return. If a piece you wanted has sold out, contact us and ask whether more is on the way.

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

$110 to Melbourne metro and the Gold Coast (within 20 km of our Bundall store), with a $150 minimum order. Sun loungers are $50 to the same areas. You'll see the fee at checkout, and delivery is usually within a week.

It's drop-off delivery to your door: we don't carry it inside. Lots of stairs or a steep driveway may cost extra.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, for free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from our Nunawading or Gold Coast store during opening hours.
